近日，德國船東TT-Line宣布，該公司與金陵船廠簽署了一份新一代TT-Line綠色船舶合同，該訂單預(yù)計將在2022年交付，并且包括一艘姊妹船的選擇權(quán)。
該船擬在TT-Line的波羅的海航線中使用。

TT-Line signs contract for new Green Ships
TT-Line have signed a contract for one new TT-Line Green Ship. The planned delivery will be during 2022, with an optional order for one further vessel. The contract was awarded to the Chinese shipyard Jiangsu Jinling. The ship is intended to be used within TT-Line’s route network in the Baltic Sea.
This vessel will be optimized for efficiency and flexibility and will have a length of 230 m and a breadth of 31m. Compared to the previous generation of RoPax vessels, TT-Line’s Green Ship will reduce significantly more than 50% emissions while still maintaining the speed.
The forward-looking dual fuel ship can be powered by LNG (liquefied natural gas). In comparison with diesel fuel, LNG emits less carbon dioxide and burns without smoke. This leads to very low emissions of particulate matter. Furthermore burning LNG is almost entirely free of sulphur and produces very low emissions of nitrogen oxide.

The new TT-Line vessel builds on the successful Green Ship concept of the company and is designed to carry 800 passengers and more than 200 trucks and trailers. While designing the vessel, a particular emphasize was put on flexibility and fast turnarounds in ports.
