3.對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績(jī)要求：

A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；
如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license,tax registration certificate,organization code certificate,or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B.制造商應(yīng)通過(guò)ISO9001（或GB/T19001）質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。投標(biāo)人須提供制造商有效的質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)；

（3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
自2012年1月1日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2臺(tái)直燃式熱介質(zhì)鍋爐（功率≥6000kW,臥式安裝）的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷(xiāo)售合同原件掃描件和到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件按至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同首頁(yè)、簽字蓋章頁(yè)、合同簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱(chēng)、功率、臥式安裝、供貨數(shù)量，和到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。未提供以上文件或提供文件無(wú)法滿足上述要求的視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1,2012 to the bidding deadline(subject to the contract signing time),The bidding products that meet the requirements of this project(capacity≥6000kw，horizontal installed)should have two or more sets of application performance within ten years and have a good record of stable operation;The bidder shall submit the performance table in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance certification documents.Performance certification documents include but are not limited to:Copies of sales contract(including relevant technical attachments);The arrival acceptance certificate materials signed and sealed by the user.
The supporting documents submitted by the bidder must at least show the following contents:name of goods,quantity to be supplied,the main parameters of centrifugal crude oil pump（capacity,horizontal installed）.If the performance certification documents are not submitted,or the performance certification documents provided cannot verify the above contents,the performance shall be regarded as invalid.
