China Merchants Energy Shipping Co.,Ltd.("CMES Shipping")is the main management body of the shipping business of China Merchants Group,a large Chinese central state-owned enterprises based in Hong Kong.After years of development,CMES Shipping has configured a diversified business pattern of the"shipping of oil tanker,dry-bulk,LNG,RORO,containers,crew management,and global services"in its full format.Its main business covers oil shipping,dry bulk shipping,gas shipping,Ro-Ro shipping,and container shipping.Meanwhile,it has formed its unique advantages in crew management and overseas outlet services.The Company owns the world-class fleets of very large crude carriers(VLCC)and very large ore carriers(VLOC),leading domestic liquefied natural gas(LNG)and Ro-Ro fleets.

Recruiting Information
(一)工作職責(zé)Job Duties
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)公司日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作，完成上級(jí)單位要求的年度財(cái)務(wù)考核指標(biāo)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理指標(biāo)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制指標(biāo)。
Fully responsible for the daily production and operation management of the company,and complete the annual financial assessment indexes,operation management indexes and risk control indexes required by the superior units.
2.根據(jù)招商輪船戰(zhàn)略部署，擬定公司經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃，分解制定公司年度、季度工作計(jì)劃和經(jīng)營(yíng)方案并付諸實(shí)施。
To formulate the company's business plan according to the strategic deployment of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co.,Ltd.,decompose and formulate the company's annual and quarterly work plan and business plan and put them into practice.
3.規(guī)范和完善公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理體系，擬定公司基本管理制度，搭建內(nèi)部組織機(jī)構(gòu),建立健全統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范、高效的組織體系和工作體系。

4.加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的培養(yǎng)和考核，確保公司各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和業(yè)務(wù)的可持續(xù)、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
Strengthen the training and assessment of the business team to ensure the achievement of the company's various operational and management goals and the sustainable,high-quality development of the business.
5.跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)船舶燃油市場(chǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)，分析市場(chǎng)交易數(shù)據(jù)，制定科學(xué)靈活的船舶燃油采購(gòu)策略。
Track and monitor the market situation of ship fuel,analyze market transaction data,formulate scientific and flexible ship fuel procurement strategy.
6.建立并維護(hù)客戶、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系，確保及時(shí)可靠的燃油供應(yīng)渠道及供應(yīng)質(zhì)量，并獲得有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的采購(gòu)價(jià)格。
Establish and maintain customer and supplier relationships to ensure timely and reliable fuel supply channels,supply quality,and to obtain competitive purchase prices.
7.完成上級(jí)單位交予的其他任務(wù)。
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior unit.
(二)任職資格Qualifications
1.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，10年以上航運(yùn)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)能源市場(chǎng)、大宗商品貿(mào)易有深刻見解，熟悉船供相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。
Bachelor degree or above,more than 10 years working experience in shipping field,with deep insight into energy market and commodity trade,familiar with ship supply related business.
2.5年以上公司管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5+years of experience in company management.
3.中英文書寫及口語(yǔ)流利。
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4.良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和社會(huì)公德，無(wú)不良行為記錄。
Good professionalism and social ethics,no bad record.
5.擁有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、決策及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測(cè)和控制能力。
Strong planning,organizing,coordinating,decision making and risk prediction and control skills.
6.善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問(wèn)題，具有全局觀念、合規(guī)意識(shí)，擁有較強(qiáng)的資源整合與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。
Good at identifying and solving problems,with a holistic view,compliance awareness,and strong resource integration and team management skills.
